Why courts do not issue writs against rejection of nominations? | Explained

They do not because of a bar, imposed under Article 329 of the Constitution, on interference by courts in electoral matters & the law laid down by the Supreme Court that even rejection of nomination can be challenged only by way of an election petition after the elections are over.
