NCR States urges Supreme Court to permit bursting of green crackers

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for NCR States, told a Bench of Chief Justice B.R. Gavai and Justice K. Vinod Chandran that on Deepavali, bursting of green crackers be permitted from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
