North India gripped by severe cold wave; Rajasthan’s Fatehpur coldest at 1.6°C

An intense cold wave continued to grip Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, with Rajasthan’s Fatehpur in Sikar district emerging as the coldest place at 1.6 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department.
